1. What SheetCV is

SheetCV is a service that turns a Google Sheet you own into a public resume page at a URL like sheetcv.com/your-name. You keep editing the Sheet; SheetCV reads it and renders it.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. We store your Google account email, display name, profile photo URL, and a long-lived authorization (a "refresh token") that lets us read the sheets you've created through SheetCV. You can revoke this at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions — your resume will stop rendering, and you can delete the account entirely from the SheetCV dashboard.

3. Content rules

You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or designed to impersonate someone else. We may suspend or remove resumes that violate these rules.

4. Service availability

SheetCV is provided "as is" with no warranty. We aim for high uptime but make no specific commitments. We may change or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

5. Pricing

Active subscribers stay at the price they signed up at for the life of their subscription. Public pricing may change later, but existing subscriptions are not migrated to higher prices without notice and the opportunity to cancel.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data retention

We keep your account data only while your account is active. Deleting your account from the dashboard immediately removes your user record from our database, and deletes the refresh token we use to read your sheet from Google Cloud Secret Manager. Your Google Sheet stays in your Drive unless you choose to delete it yourself. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
